Our expertise extends to on-premises, cloud-based, and hybrid phone systems, making us a versatile choice for telecom needs. Additionally, we provide solutions tailored for small offices, smart homes, and industries such as education, hospitality, and manufacturing.

Role Description:

The Executive Sales Assistant (Full-time) will oversee sales activities, build client relationships, drive market research and sales strategies, coordinate across teams, and ensure targets are met through effective negotiations and deal closures.

Qualifications:
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in market research and sales strategy development
  • Experience in managing and leading a sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Previous experience in telecom solutions is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business through cold calling, client visits, lead follow-ups, and networking.
  • Arrange meetings between decision-makers and VoxPro's, leadership team to present solutions.
  • Retain and expand existing accounts by recommending upgrades and new services.
  • Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions in IRS / Cloud Telephony.
  • Negotiate and close deals to consistently meet or exceed assigned targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with clients by acting as a trusted point of contact.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports, daily updates, and sales reviews.
  • Collaborate with CM partners and internal teams for brand building and cross-selling.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by conducting regular business reviews.
Key Competencies:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in English is a must.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade, negotiate, and influence.
  • Fast learner with adaptability to dynamic sales environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to work with reports.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and comfortable with field sales.
  • Pleasant personality with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and deliver within deadlines.
