These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the cloud telephony, call center, IVR, voice broadcasting, AI translation and related services ("Services") provided by VoxPro Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("VoxPro", "we", "us", "our"), with registered office in Bangalore, India.

By accessing or using our Services, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.

VoxPro provides hosted cloud telephony and related communication services on a subscription / prepaid wallet basis. Service descriptions, features, and pricing are communicated separately at the time of onboarding and may be updated from time to time.

4. Service Availability

While we target high uptime, the Services are provided on an "as-is" basis. Scheduled maintenance windows may be communicated in advance. VoxPro is not liable for downtime caused by upstream telecom carriers, internet service providers, force majeure, or events outside reasonable control.

5. Data & Privacy

Use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Call recordings, transcripts, CDRs, and related data remain the property of the Customer; VoxPro acts as the data processor for the duration of the engagement.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, dashboards, documentation, logos, and platform code are the intellectual property of VoxPro Solutions Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. The Customer is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for the duration of the active subscription / wallet balance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxPro's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer to VoxPro in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Refunds & Cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

9. Modification of Terms

VoxPro may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or via the customer dashboard. Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
