Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy explains how customers of VoxPro Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("VoxPro") can cancel services or features.
1. Self-Service Cancellation
- Auto-translation / AI features: Can be turned OFF anytime from the customer dashboard. Future calls will not be processed; the wallet balance remains as-is.
- Wallet balance: Does not expire. You can stop topping up at any point.
- Subscription plans: May be cancelled before the next renewal date by raising a request to billing@voxprosolutions.com.
2. Account Termination
To fully close your VoxPro account, please email support@voxprosolutions.com from the registered email address with the subject line "Account Closure Request". We will:
- Confirm the request within 2 business days.
- Allow up to 30 days to export call recordings, CDRs, transcripts, and any other data.
- Permanently delete the account and associated data after the 30-day grace period (subject to any statutory data retention requirements).
3. Notice Period
- Monthly subscriptions: Cancellation is effective from the next billing cycle. No partial-month refunds.
- Annual / multi-month subscriptions: Cancellation is honored at the end of the prepaid term. Refer to the Refund Policy for prorated refund eligibility.
- Pay-as-you-go (wallet): No notice required. Stop usage anytime.
4. Cancellation by VoxPro
VoxPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Are used for fraudulent, unsolicited, or illegal communications.
- Violate our Terms & Conditions.
- Have an outstanding payment past 30 days.
