VoxPro Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("VoxPro") provides cloud-based communication services. This Service Delivery Policy explains how and when our services become available to you after payment.

Digital Service — No Physical Shipping

All VoxPro services are delivered electronically over the internet. There is no physical product or shipping involved. Once payment is confirmed and your account is activated, you can begin using the Services immediately by logging into your VoxPro dashboard.

How You Receive the Service

For new accounts, our team typically schedules a 15-30 minute walkthrough call to help with first setup. This is included at no additional cost.

If the Services are not delivered within the stated timelines due to a fault on our side, you may be eligible for a refund as per our Refund Policy.
