All VoxPro services are delivered electronically over the internet. There is no physical product or shipping involved. Once payment is confirmed and your account is activated, you can begin using the Services immediately by logging into your VoxPro dashboard.

If the Services are not delivered within the stated timelines due to a fault on our side, you may be eligible for a refund as per our Refund Policy.
